Exhibitions at the Adelaide and Meath Hospital Tallaght

The Adelaide and Meath Hospital currently has an exhibition of artworks by local artist Hugh McCarthy. This exhibition continues on hospital street until March 2012.

The next exhibition will include work on the theme of hospital and being a patient, text to replace with  featuring work by Lucia Barnes (Hospital Artist in Residence), Julie Cahill and Rebecca Verrall (both artists with experience as hospital patients) and a selection of work by patient-artists participating in weekly art sessions in the Renal Dialysis Unit. The exhibition is curated by Alternative Entertainments for the National Centre for Arts and Health at the hospital and will be in situ from the end March 2012 – June 2012.
