WillFredd Theatre and St. Francis Hospice, Raheny are opening up their doors and inviting members of the public to a very special performance of CARE on 30 May 2014. Following a sell-out success at Project Arts Centre in February this year, CARE returns for one show only at St. Francis Hospice, Station Road, Raheny. CARE is an investigation into Palliative Care and the people who work in it. It was developed with WillFredd Theatre, artistic collaborators and Irish Hospice Staff over a period of 14 months from 2012 to 2014. CARE uses music, movement, text and design to bring the audience through the daily life of a Hospice.
“respectful, intelligent and inventive… is dense with detail yet engagingly spry in it’s delivery” – The Irish Times on CARE 2014
“Motley and Shiels do not shy away from a challenge and their choice of material is what makes WillFredd such a fascinating company.”
– The Arts Blog on CARE 2014
