Waterford Healing Arts Trust is currently hosting an exhibition by artist Caroline Hyland at University Hospital Waterford. Caroline’s work is strongly informed by listening to people with dementia, and to those who support them; their families, friends and medical professionals. Can You See What I See? features a series of hand-painted illustrations depicting supports Caroline has learnt that may help someone to live well or a little better with dementia.  Read More

Fragments by Jessie Keenan: Dublin Fringe Festival 2018

Fragments, created by choreographer Jessie Keenan, considers the imperfect nature of memory and the instability of its fragile reconstruction through an intricate and delicately nuanced new dance work as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival 2018. This new dance has emerged from two years of research carried out by Keenan with scientists, dancers and family members inspired by childhood experiences of her grandfather’s dementia.
