Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council’s arts and health programme aims to make creativity intrinsic to life in case and enhances quality of life, self esteem and improves overall health and wellbeing of all those taking part. The programme ensures active participation in the creative and cultural life of the local area and brings communities together.
