Mission / Aims

Carlow Local Authorities Arts Office goal is to create and develop a participatory and inclusive arts service which is committed to providing artistic excellence throughout the county.

Areas of activities

Denis Roche’s Open Window project was commissioned by Carlow Local Authorities Arts Office as part of a Percent for Art Scheme for Mental Health Services users in Carlow.  The aim of Open Window is to reduce the sense of isolation and to provide an opportunity for reflection and a sense of connection with the outside world.
