Bealtaine 2017: The Creative Doors

As part of visual artist Tom Meskell’s ongoing residency at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Castlebar, text to replace with County Mayo, he has been exploring ideas regarding the patient’s creative visual environment. The Creative Doors project has come out of this process: an idea to reproduce the hall doors of residents’ original homes and place them on the doors of their private and collective rooms in the hospital.
