The National Concert Hall and Music & Health Ireland present Music Matters Seminar and Workshop on Saturday 21 April 2012 from 10.30am to 5.30pm in The Kevin Barry Room at the National Concert Hall, Dublin. All musicians and those working with music in healthcare settings are welcome.

Harp therapist Orla Busteed will demonstrate how through appropriate tempo, mood and character of music, and the use of musical modes, live music can be used to address individuals’ needs in hospital settings. Robert Martin of Acquired Brain Injury Ireland will present a song-writing workshop. There will also be time for an open forum for the general sharing of ideas and techniques.
