artsandhealth.ie, the national website for the arts and health sector in Ireland, promotes arts and health best practice nationally and internationally through publishing online cases studies of relevant projects / programmes. Case studies are uploaded on a monthly basis and disseminated via e-bulletin and social media networks. Examples can be viewed here: https://www.artsandhealth.ie/case-studies/

Expressions of interest

We are inviting expressions of interest from arts and health practitioners and others who would like to share their work with a wider audience in a case study format via artsandhealth.ie.  

To submit an expression of interest, complete this short form and email with requested documentation to info@artsandhealth.ie by Wednesday, 21 August 2013 at 12 noon.

Selection  

Expressions of interest will be shortlisted by a sub-committee of the Editorial panel of artsandhealth.ie against the following criteria: 

 High quality arts and health practice (see https://www.artsandhealth.ie/about/what-is-arts-and-health for artsandhealth.ie’s description of arts and health)

  • Demonstration of clear artistic vision, goals and outcomes
  • Illustration of benefits for those involved
  • Delivered by professional artists
  • Availability of strong documentation

We aim to reflect a diversity of artforms, healthcare contexts and geographic spread in the case study section of artsandhealth.ie. Although the website promotes arts and health practice in the Republic of Ireland, up to three case studies from outside of theRepublic of Ireland will be published per year with an emphasis on projects / programmes that do not have a counterpart in the Republic.

Shortlisted submissions will be invited to write a detailed case study based on a given template which may be edited by artsandhealth.ie.
