Are you a musician? Do you sing, play an instrument or both?

Are you up for the challenge of performing live to patients, staff, and visitors in the busy foyer of University Hospital Waterford?

The Waterford Healing Arts Trust’s (WHAT) music programme Healing Sounds has been bringing live music to patients in University Hospital Waterford since 2000 with the aim of reducing stress and anxiety.

WHAT wants to hear from singers/musicians and music groups who play uplifting music without relying too much on amplification to perform as part of our Healing Sounds programme.

The Healing Sounds performances take place in the main hospital foyer monthly on a Monday or Tuesday at 1:30pm and last for 30 minutes. WHAT offers €50 honorarium to musicians.
