The Arts Participation (for Healthcare Professionals) Fetac Level 5 course sets out to give participants the chance to explore and develop art making with the aim of building the confidence and expertise to work on arts projects within health care settings. Participants will experiment with a wide range of materials and ways of working to produce creative work while thinking about the particular needs of care groups. You will work on all aspects of the art making process, from gathering first ideas through to how to best exhibit work.

Venue: West Cork Art Centre (new building)
Duration: 16 weeks
Cost: €100, Free if you are in receipt of a Social Welfare payment.

The course is delivered by artist Toma McCullim. Toma holds a degree in World Art as well as a Masters in Art Process. She is an internationally exhibited artist and has worked on many Arts and Health projects with West Cork Arts Centre and as part of the the Arts for Health Partnership Programme.
