Arts in Health Care: Reflection through Creative Practice is a one-day masterclass that offers an opportunity for health care artists and practitioners to reflect on their work nourish their creativity and learn about reflective practice. It is a collaboration between National Centre for Arts and Health, Tallaght Hospital and Maynooth University Department of Adult and Community Education. The aim is to offer an experiential masterclass to explore how reflective practice can enhance, support and improve the work of artists in healthcare settings.

This will be achieved by combining creative exercises (including creative writing, storytelling and art making). The National Centre for Arts and Health, Tallaght Hospital and Maynooth University Department of Adult and Community Education are sharing their expertise to deliver this unique masterclass which will contribute to the continuing professional development of artists working in healthcare settings.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday 12 May 2015 from 10am — 4pm in Rua Red South Dublin Arts Centre, Blessington Road, Tallaght, Co. Dublin.
