As part of the Municipal Gallery programme in dlr LexIcon, the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council/HSE Arts and Health Partnership is delighted to announce that we will be offering art appreciation tours of upcoming exhibitions for people affected by dementia, their families and carers.
Following very successful recent Azure pilot tours, which was delivered in co-operation with the Living Well with Dementia Project Stillorgan/Blackrock, we are now looking for people interested in attending these tours.
The Azure project is inspired by the ‘Meet me at MoMA’ programme making art accessible to people with dementia, which is based at New York’s Museum of Modern Art.
