In 2015 Anam Beo artists Rowena Keaveny and Julie Spollen embarked on individual art projects with John Beesley and David Boland that turned into a deep exploration of what it means to be creative, to reflect on the impact of time and document memories. Recording their experiences and pursuits in the arts with a keen interest in how a person is marked and moulded by their health and wellbeing. The project focused on the image making process itself in short animations and voice recordings. The result of these projects will be showcased at this event.
This project is supported by the Department of Health National Lottery Grant Scheme, Offaly County Council and Dublin Mid-Leinster HSE.
