The Gillibillies, a 9 piece band, will help celebrate the Jazz Weekend in Cork University Hospital (CUH) on Friday 28th October. This is a fringe event coinciding with the Guinness International Jazz Festival in Cork City. This band is a regular feature at CUH during the Jazz festival; lead singer, Billy Horgan, is a former staff member of the Portering Department. Come and hear Billy and friends perform all the well-known jazz favourites on Friday 28 October 2016 from 12.45 to 2pm in the Staff Dining room. The Gillbillies also perform during the Jazz festival touring sessions in various venues around the city.
