Playback Theatre

Playback Theatre is an improvisational theatrical method created through a unique collaboration between performers and audience in which an audience member tells a story and the actors re-enact the story though various Playback ‘Forms’. The actor’s response is a creative, spontaneous, physical improvisation within a framework of structured ritual.

Playback Theatre creates a space in which each person’s uniqueness is honoured and affirmed while at the same time building and strengthening our connections to each other as a community of people.

Green Ribbon Month

See Change, the National Stigma Reduction Partnership, and 90 partner organisations are rolling out a month long national Green Ribbon Campaign to get people talking openly about mental health problems in May 2017.

More than 500,000 green ribbons will be distributed nationwide free of charge to spark a national conversation about mental health in boardrooms, break-rooms, chat rooms, clubhouses, arts venues, college campuses and around kitchen tables throughout Ireland. Our aim is to make the month of May every year synonymous with promoting open conversation of mental health and challenging the stigma of mental health problems.
