TASK (Training and Support Kilkenny) is a full time rehabilitative training programme for adults. To celebrate Mental Health Week 2017, TASK and the Involvement Centre are hosting an afternoon of music and poetry on 8 October in the gardens of the Auxiliary Hospital on Wolfe Tone Street. 

TASK is part of the Kilkenny mental health service. The programme helps people to improve and maintain mental wellbeing, develop coping strategies and self-care skills, and primarily to regain confidence. The Auxiliary Hospital on Wolfe Tone Street is home to a new redesigned recovery garden, art studios and exhibition space.

PIZZA & POETRY
Sunday 8 October | 3 – 6 pm | Auxiliary Hospital, Wolfe Tone Street

An afternoon of music and poetry in the beautiful surroundings of the hospital gardens and an opportunity to visit the gallery with work produced by TASK’s resident artists. Refreshments and pizza from our new outdoor stone-fired oven will be served.
