As part of Mental Health Week 2018 at Cork University Hospital, the Arts Committee of CUH is hosting A Night on the Town on Friday 12 Octobera free lunchtime musical variety show extravaganza. 

Cast members from A Night on the Town will perform solo songs in the Cardiac Renal Centre Atrium from 12.15pm – 1.15pm. Special guest award-winning pianist Santa Ignace will perform Liszt’s Paganini Study No. 6 in A minor from the show.

Our unwitting hero enters the audition stage to discover, as the applause begins and the lights go up, that this is in fact a show. The tickets have been sold and the audience are waiting…

Written and directed by Yvonne Coughlan of RSVP, A Night on the Town is an uplifting heart-warming tale which promises to delight all audiences with its unique sense of humour and show-stopping performances.

The show has been created in conjunction with award-winning Musical Director Michael Young and produced by Denis Eivers in association with Cork City Musical Society, an amateur group which provides a friendly space for all members of the public to explore musical theatre.

Cast Members: Jelena Belan, Fred Spengenan, Kevin Walsh, Denis Eivers, Stephen Hogan, Angelina Ryle.
