Nothing’s the same yet it is… A series of catastrophic climate events leaves the world in turmoil. How do you start over and adjust to a new idea of happiness? Home Sweet Home is the latest collaboration between Helium Arts and CanTeen Ireland, the national young people’s cancer support group. A free lunchtime concert and screening event, Home Sweet Home will take place on Saturday 2 February 2019 at The Sugar Club in Dublin.
The programme includes:
- The premiere of Home Sweet Home, a short film by CanTeen Ireland created with musician Seán Carpio, filmmaker Alan Brennan and visual artist Louise Manifold
- Original music devised and performed by CanTeen members with musician Seán Carpio
- Special musical guests

Helium Arts is the national children’s arts and health organisation, bringing the powers of creativity to children affected by illness across Ireland. Members of CanTeen Ireland have taken part on Helium’s award-winning community arts project for the last five years, creating films, original music and artworks. Home Sweet Home was made in the summer of 2018.
