Well Festival of Arts and Wellbeing 2019 is taking place from 7 to 12 October at various locations across Waterford City and County. Presented by Waterford Healing Arts Trust, Garter Lane Arts Centre and Waterford City and County Libraries, the festival is now in its seventh year and features 55 fun, inventive and sociable arts events for all ages.
