Transforming Care & Communities is the 12th International Dementia Conference hosted by Engaging Dementia (formerly Sonas apc). Taking place in partnership with DCU in June 2020, the organisers are seeking short presentations, interactive sessions or demonstrations of a creative arts / music / mindfulness / wellbeing approach and poster presentations.
This two-day event will include talks, workshops and exhibition stands. New features in 2020 include demo sessions of creative arts activities and short workshops.
