The Physical Activity for Health (PAfH) Research Cluster at University of Limerick is hosting a webinar exploring Dance for Health on 30 November at 12pm. 

Emily Jenkins will present ‘An Introduction to Dance for Health: presenting evidence surrounding the physical, mental, emotional and social benefits of participation.’

Emily is founder of Move Dance Feel and will present on the following cases during this webinar:

  • Move Dance Feel – dance for women living with or beyond cancer
  • Breathe Dance – dance for people recovering from stroke or at risk of falls
  • Scottish Ballet – dance for people with Parkinson’s disease
