The coronavirus pandemic forced cultural organisations around the world to change how they engaged with older audiences. What have we learnt from the past two years and what new approaches do we want to take forward? As we begin to emerge from restrictions, what is the future of creative ageing?
Ageing Artfully Going Global is the second international online conference on creative ageing following last year’s To Infinity and Beyond.
This free conference is organised by CADA the Creative Ageing Development Agency for England in partnership with the Baring Foundation, the City of Helsinki and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
Ageing Artfully Going Global will showcase inspiring practice from around the world. Speakers include:
- David Cutler, Director of The Baring Foundation (UK)
- Maura O’Malley, Lifetime Arts’ CEO (USA)
- Naoki Sugawara, Leader of theatre group OiBokkeShi (Japan)
- Tara Byrne, Arts Programme Manager, Age & Opportunity (Ireland)
