Opportunity
Tallaght University Hospital is seeking an Administration Assistant (Grade IV) to support the vibrant and progressive programme delivered by the Arts & Health Department. This role will encompass working with the Arts Officer and Arts Team in assisting with the coordination of the programme.
About the Role
This is a part-time, permanent and pensionable role based on a 22 hour week.
The Arts & Health Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the administration support for the Arts & Health Department.
This is a new role and the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to the work in response to organisational change, development or arts and health events (e.g. some work may occur during unsocial hours from time to time with due notice provided).
