Helium Arts, Creative Health Hub Programme
Helium Arts is the national children’s arts and health charity, developing the creativity of children living with lifelong physical conditions through the arts to support their wellbeing including social connections, self-esteem, and sense of agency.
The role of Operations Coordinator is to support the administration and implementation of the operations function of the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Helium’s head office in Mullingar, providing general administrative support across the organisation, and practical operational support to programmes and departments.
A key responsibility will be to support the delivery of Helium’s new five year strategy which will double the reach and impact of Helium’s programme by 2027, working closely with the Programme and Operations Manager, the CEO, and the administrative team to ensure excellent governance, systems, and resource management.
Scope of Role
This is a part-time position (three days per week) which has scope to develop and grow as Helium Arts expands to fulfil its mission. This role is based in Mullingar with flexible working arrangements but limited remote working opportunities due to the nature of the role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the head office in Westmeath.
