Helium Arts, the national children’s arts and health organisation, is inviting children and young people (ages 6-15) with lifelong physical health conditions to explore their creativity this autumn. Take part in free, specially designed art programmes either in-person or online from home, make new friends and have fun along the way.

Programmes for Teenagers (Ages 13-15)
Online Autumn Camp
31 October – 4 November
Interactive online sessions with optional time between workshops to get creative at your own pace.
Programmes for 6-12 year olds
ONLINE ART PROGRAMME for 6-8 year olds
11 November – 16 December
Our online programme consists of both on and offline creative activities and is available nationwide so children and young people can take part wherever they are.
The programme includes:
- Weekly activities delivered by surprise postal drops
- Two online sessions with the artist via Zoom (optional)
- A chance to sign up to a Post Pal exchange (optional)
