Helium Arts, the national children’s arts and health organisation, is inviting children and young people (ages 6-15) with lifelong physical health conditions to explore their creativity this autumn. Take part in free, specially designed art programmes either in-person or online from home, make new friends and have fun along the way.

Our online programme consists of both on and offline creative activities and is available nationwide so children and young people can take part wherever they are.
The programme includes:
- Weekly activities delivered by surprise postal drops
- Two online sessions with the artist via Zoom (optional)
- A chance to sign up to a Post Pal exchange (optional)
