Rhythm2Recovery is delivering a two-day training course in Ireland for professionals working in the health, education and personal development fields. The course is taking place on 10 and 11 May 2024 at the Irish World Academy of Music & Dance, University of Limerick.

Attendees will be provided with the skills to implement a wide range of fun and engaging rhythmic musical exercises linked to positive changes in social and emotional wellbeing. This evidence-based training will leave participants with the skills necessary to employ rhythmical musical activities, linked to reflective discussions, in their practice, in a practical and impactful way. No prior musical experience is necessary.

The R2R model is used by counsellors and educators around the world working in diverse fields including trauma, mental health, behavioural education, custodial facilities, child protection and refugee integration.
