Helium Arts is seeking a motivated, experienced and highly organised Volunteer Services Manager to deliver an efficient and effective volunteer support network for Helium Arts.
The volunteer network will enable the organisation to support children and young people living with lifelong physical health conditions to participate in creative activities and workshops led by professional artists in an encouraging, supportive, inclusive and fun environment.
Role Description
The Volunteer Services Manager is a new role in the organisation and will support the organisation in its next phase of scale and growth. The successful candidate will form part of the management structure.
This role will support the charity through a strategic period of gradual scaling, successfully growing our volunteer programme across five hubs across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team at an exciting point in the organisation’s development where the successful candidate will be making a huge and varied contribution to the work of Helium Arts.
The Volunteer Services Manager requires excellent managerial, leadership, and problem solving skills, with an ability to strongly advocate for the children we support. The manager will be flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload and will have a robust knowledge of volunteering in Ireland.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first round interview on Zoom during the week beginning 25 November, with some candidates being invited to a second round interview in person in Mullingar during the week beginning 2 December.
