In celebration of Poetry Day Ireland 2018, ‘Encounters’ was distributed throughout hospitals and healthcare settings in Ireland as part of the annual ‘Menu of Poems’ initiative. The poetry is a selection from the Poems for Patience series in Galway University Hospitals, edited by poet Michael Coady.
