Beehouse Arts is a complimentary arts service based in Tipperary with a vision to promote and enhance healthy living and wellbeing through creativity on a personal and community level.

Mission / Aims

Beehouse Arts passionately believes that everyone is creative and that creativity has a powerful role to play in self determination, wellbeing and the health of society.
Beehouse Arts promotes and enhances healthy living and wellbeing on a personal and social level via creative visual arts projects and events, in a variety of community and healthcare settings.
Beehouse Arts is adapting a permaculture approach of Earth care, People care and Fair share, guiding the use of resources/materials and approaches to group work.

Areas of activities

• Beehouse Arts designs and facilitates visual art workshops for all ages and abilities. For example, Ways to Wellness is a series of 8 creative workshops, suitable for beginners, designed to connect people in a friendly, social, creative space. These flexible workshops can be online and/or in physical spaces.

• Beehouse Arts also offers event coordination including arts and health festivals, seminars, talks and networking events. Past projects included South Tipperary Positive Mental Health Festival and Nest Space, a pop-up arts and health café.
