• Music performances in the front concourse
• Hospital Choir
• Art Cart: providing art making opportunities for patients at their bedsides
• Poetry projects e.g. A Menu of Poems is an annual initiative bringing poetry to all patients in hospital to celebrate National Poetry Day
• Public art projects: Commissions have included Lightgift, a site-specific artwork by Mark Garry in the main concourse commissioned under the Per Cent for Art scheme (2018) and site-specific artworks in the Paediatrics waiting room by Kilkenny artist Rachel Burke (2016)
